Patrick Dempsey told Vanity Fair's Italian edition the other day that the upcoming eighth season of Grey's Anatomy dvd is "gonna be my last...I do not know what's going to happen to the other characters, but for me it's done."We know tempestuous TV romances don't last forever, but please tell us something was lost in translation here!Hang onto your pacemakers, Grey's fans, because this more-than-rumor is...It is not true!!"He was referring to the fact that his contract is up at the end of next season and we have no idea what the future holds," Dempsey's rep tells E! News.

So while there's still the possibility that Dempsey will hang up his stethoscope in 2012, especially if Ellen Pompeo packs it in, nothing is set in stone yet.
"No one has asked us to come back after season eight, so I couldn't presume that I'm coming back...if I haven't been invited," Pompeo told TVLine.com last week.
After the Grey in Grey's said last fall that she "probably would not" renew her contract past season eight (what, was the cast not willing to sign past the Mayan apocalypse?), Chyler Leigh—who, of course, plays little sis Lexie Grey—hinted that she would be willing to assume ownership of the titular Anatomy.
"I would totally take that on—if that were to be the case," Leigh said during a Fancast Q&A. "I don't know where Ellen is [on that subject], but that would seem like the logical next step."
Well, it didn't work for Scrubs dvd box set , but a post- George Clooney ER certainly lived a long and healthy life. Stay tuned!

When NBC’s parenthood dvd kicks off its third season this fall, the Bravermans will be juggling multiple baby-themed plots. When we last saw the fam, Adam and Kristina (played by Peter Krause and Monica Potter, respectively) were reeling from their pregnancy shocker, while Julia and Joel (Erika Christensen and Sam Jaeger) circumvented their infertility troubles by deciding to adopt.
“The Kristina/Adam/Haddie/Max/baby arc is really interesting and will essentially last the whole season,” creator Jason Katims tells TVLine, adding that “the idea of Julia wanting to have a baby is something that can be gripping and emotional, so I want to play that out, as well.”
Katims also reveals that he “absolutely” plans to incorporate some maternal conflict between the sisters-in-law, given their contrasting baby plots. “It’s interesting to put those two together,” he says.
Considering that Parenthood dvd box set just received its Season 3 order, cast members are still in the dark as to what lies ahead for their characters. However, Jaeger hopes Joel and Julia’s impending journey will delve into the complicated adoption process...

Nan and Bill have history in True blood season 4!

HBO just released the most revealing trailer so far for "True Blood dvd set " Season 4.
In it, we see the American Vampire League's spokeswoman, Nan Flanagan, assigning Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) and Bill (Stephen Moyer) to damage control on the human-vampire relations front after Russel Edgington's (Denis O'Hare) very public display of vampire blood-thirst in Season 3.
New series regular, Jessica Tuck (who plays Nan) says that her character takes on an increasingly significant role in Season 4.
"It would be foolish to think that her efforts were just about making humans and vamps one big happy family," Tuck tells True Blood on dvd 's Nest of Nan's work to mainstream vampires. "There is an agenda behind her agenda but that is not for me to reveal right now. Stay tuned."
And while we see her ordering Bill around quite a bit, the actress says there's something more underneath their adversarial relationship.
"All I can say is that Nan and Bill have a history," she says. "Details of that history will be revealed in Season 4. If I say anything more than that, I'll get myself in trouble."
"Relationships between the characters get much more complicated and redefined," Tuck also says. "I love this season - I think there is a lot to sink your teeth into. You won't be disappointed."

News for you today. Jon Hamm will be pulling double duty when Mad Men dvd goes back into production in August. The actor, who stars as the hard-drinking advertising whiz Don Draper, will direct the Emmy-winning drama's fifth season premiere, TVLine reports.
"The wheels have officially been set in motion to make that happen," Hamm says. "It's a very exciting challenge that I'm looking forward to with a mixture of utter fear and excitement."
Mad Men dvd box set 's January Jones is pregnant
Well, perhaps not too much fear. Hamm claims he gained confidence after observing his co-star John Slattery direct an earlier episode. "I figured if he can do it, s—--, I can do it too."
January Jones, who plays Hamm's on-screen ex-wife Betty, recently revealed she's pregnant and is expecting in the fall. Since Mad Men dvd set creator Matthew Weiner is notorious about keeping plot details under wraps, it's unknown whether or not her pregnancy will be written into the show.

Cougar town-- I laughed each episode!

I have watched cougar town season 1 on dvd. I think this show is amazing! It tells about a recently divorced woman in her forties facing the often humorous challenges, pitfalls and rewards of life's next chapter, along with her son, ex-husband, and friends who together make up her dysfunctional, but supportive and caring extended family. Filming for the series takes place at Culver Studios in Culver City, California. Just when you think the show is getting predictable, it pokes fun at itself. The characters are hilarious. Andy has the guy-love obsession with Jules' ex husband. Grayson was a superficial jerk until we found out he worked better as a damaged, but ultimately likable guy with intimacy issues. Jules' two best friends couldn't be more different, and the conflict stays refreshing. Although the formula is very similar to Scrubs, there is no reason why that should be a bad thing.Of course every one has a different taste, but i think if u liked friends, will & grace or the new adventures of the old Christine you will like this one. Not an episode has gone by where I didn't Laugh Out Loud several times.Watch it and be entertained. Season 1 has come out long before on my shop. The good news is Cougar town  season 2 dvd will come out soon later.Just pay more attention to it!

Despite earlier attempts to get Charlie Sheen to appear on the final season of Entourage dvd season 7, which kicks off July 24, the embattled former Two and a Half Men dvd set star will not be on hand for the show’s swan song, creator Doug Ellin tells EW.
“I never heard back. Looks like it will not be happening,” Ellin says, lamenting the possibilities. “I could have come up with some good stuff. I didn’t really plan anything, but I would have.”
Earlier this month, Ellin had expressed interest in having Sheen on the show, but the offer has officially expired, as Ellin was penning the final script when EW caught up with him yesterday.
The show is currently half way through filming the eighth and final season of the series, which will feature appearances by guest stars like The Big Bang Theory’s Johnny Galecki and Andrew Dice Clay.

Comedy series Nurse Jackie  dvd box set has been renewed for a fourth season. Meanwhile, it's the end of the road for fellow comedy United States of Tara dvd for sale, which is being canceled after three seasons. Additionally, Showtime's drama The Borgias, which has already been renewed for a second season, wrapped its freshman run last night.
Nurse Jackie on dvd, which earned star Edie Falco an Emmy last year, is created, written and executive produced by Liz Brixius and Linda Wallem, with Richie Jackson also executive producing. While not a runaway hit, the series has averaged 762,000 viewers on Monday night and 2.8 million weekly viewers so far this season. (For comparison, Season 4 of Showtime's Californication averaged 2.4 million weekly viewers. The freshman season of breakout comedy The Big C drew 3.5 million)
Tara, which also won star Toni Collette an Emmy, has been sliding in the ratings, fueling speculation over the past couple of months that its current third season will be its last. Season to date, the series has averaged 326,000 viewers in its Monday 10:30 PM slot, down from 558,000 for Season 2. Its weekly viewership has dropped from 2.7 million last season to 1.9 million. With 3.3 million weekly viewers, The Borgias' first season outperformed the highest-rated season of The Tudors by 20%. In its season finale last night, The Borgias drew 810,000 viewers at 10 PM and 1.12 million viewers for the night.

Brace yourself, Parenthood fans. The Braverman clan is about to expand. Twice.
In the second season finale, Julia (Erika Christensen) and Joel (Sam Jaeger) set their sights on adoption just as Kristina (Monica Potter) and Adam (Peter Krause) got the surprising news about baby No. 3.
The two new additions are certainly cause for celebration, but after Julia and Joel tried unsuccessfully for months to have a child of their own, Kristina's unplanned pregnancy will be a tough pill to swallow.
NBC Upfronts red carpet scoop: Will Parenthood do a time jump?
"Adoption can be quite a process, and then at the same time, Kristina having gotten pregnant, that's heartbreaking for me to think about Julia finding out," Christensen told TVGuide.com at a Parenthood screening hosted by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. "I'm really interested to see how she finds out, how she deals with that and how it affects Julia and Kristina's relationship and the two families."
Christensen's on-screen husband is already bracing for a rough patch between the two families. "Julia really wanted a baby so badly. I think it may be a little hard for her to adjust to suddenly the other Bravermans getting a chance," Jaeger said. "I have a feeling we'll see some feelings of envy."
Learning to accept Kristina and Adam's stroke of luck is just one of the obstacles Julia and Joel will have to overcome in the months ahead. There's also breaking the news to the family about their own baby plans. "It's going to be one of those situations where everyone is invested and ultimately supportive of this whole process," Jaeger said. "But I'm interested to see because I'm sure there will be some hang-ups in the Braverman family about keeping it Braverman."

The most important Braverman family member Julia and Joel will have to win over is their own 6-year-old daughter, Sydney (Savannah Rae). "I think the jump from one kid to two kids is pretty astronomical. And if that's a kid that isn't blood-related, it's a lot of conversations with our daughter, I think, and trying to understand what that means to her," Jaeger said. "She is extremely bright and extremely strong, like her mother, so I have a feeling she won't take to the new baby all that well."
Over at Kristina and Adam's house, the new baby's arrival comes just as their eldest daughter is getting ready to graduate high school and leave for college. Potter, who has three children of her own, says she can relate to that odd timing. "It's hard. It's very strange to let one go and then let another in, but it will also be very sweet to see them together," Potter says of Haddie (Sarah Ramos) and the new baby. "It will also be very interesting to see Max with the baby because he's always been the baby and Kristina is very protective of him."
Although Max is used to being the youngest, Max Burkholder says his on-screen alter ego will revel in getting less attention. "Max really likes to be alone sometimes, with his book, doing his own thing," he said. "I think — and I hope — he's going to get really excited about [the baby]."
NBC renews Parenthood
Max's Asperger's Syndrome and Haddie's college plans combined with the baby's impending arrival, will also put more pressure on Adam to find a new job after he was let go in the season finale. "Adam's got to figure out something else that he's going to do for a career and I think that's an interesting thing to explore," executive producer Jason Katims said. "He's a guy who's not necessarily coming in for an entry-level position. He's expecting something that is not that easy to find in this period of time. He really has to be creative to figure that out."
Lucky for Adam, help may be on the way in the form of a visit from some of Kristina's relatives. "I like the idea of, at some point, a story where her family comes out, or somebody from her family comes out to help," Katims said. "Then we get to see — in this very Braverman-centric world — what is Kristina's family like?"
Parenthood dvd returns for Season 3 this fall on NBC.

It wasn’t entirely unexpected, but CW topper Dawn Ostroff told advertisers today in New York that One Tree Hill will return to the network’s midseason lineup next year for its final 13 episodes. It will be the drama’s ninth season.
Miraculously, the long-running series was given the greenlight for another year — a pretty remarkable feat, since the drama has set some sort of record for having been a bubble show every season for the past eight years.
The CW will attempt to lure Chad Michael Murray (Lucas) and Hilarie Burton (Peyton), both of whom left in 2009, back for the show’s final episodes.

Hellcats was sadly over!

I have watched Hellcats season 1 and really love it. It is an American cheerleading drama television series that airs on The CW in the United States. Depending on the book Cheer: Inside the Secret World of College Cheerleaders by journalist Kate Torgovnick,the series centers on  the lives of college cheerleaders, mainly Marti Perkins (Aly Michalka), a pre-law college student who has to join the cheerleading team, the Hellcats, so as to get the athletic scholarship she needs. The story is well constructed to give the audience a satisfying experience Alice is the main villain of the piece, who sustains a wrist injury in the pilot, and Marti takes her spot on the squad. The episodes are well written and acted, all of the characters, even Alice, are likable.Everything about Hellcats works, and that's part of what makes it so great. In general,it is a good show with interesting and unpredictable events happening throughout. While it was sadly cancelled by CW. I really hope it would come back. Earl is a low-life who buys a winning lottery ticket, only to get hit by a car, losing the ticket in the process. He then becomes aware of in the hospital that his bad luck is the result of karma in which fate punishes him for all the rotten things he's ever done in his life; therefore, he then decides to dedicate his life to making amends to all the people he has hurt in his life.The Show has everything that a good show need... Comedy, Action, Suspense, Horror, Romance...
 The first thing to make this comedy get noticed is it's original story line. For once its not just some crazy couple in love, or the life of some teenage kid. This is a show that doesn't just make you laugh... it makes you happy. Seeing Earl do good deeds and change people's lives is wonderful. Seeing the relationship Earl has with his brother is very touching as well. This is a great show with lots of heart, and if you don't find yourself smiling.... See a doctor. There is a lot of character growth and you will probably find yourself liking the characters more and more every episode. This show was fantastic and it have many unexpected moments.  And the My Name Is Earl dvd is also awesome! just enjoy...

I wonder if you guys have watched  Desperate Housewives seasons 1-6 or not. I really think this show is awesome. I watched it from the beginning and can't wait for the next episode coming.

And later this somewhat peaceful and calm alley was filled with series of unthinkable things in their daily life...Bree is a woman who was always pursuing perfect. Born in a wealthy traditional middle-class family, she has a barrister father and a strict stepmother. Her husband is a doctor. With unchangedred hair, wearing an stylishclothes, she is very seriours in using terms! As a devout Catholic, Bree thoughtthe best quality of a man is honest. The most sensual and lovely, mindless Housewives: Susan Mayer. Susan is a children's illustrator (amateur),her ex-husband is a not inhabited lawyer. They divorced as a result of cheating betweenn her husband and secretary. This failedmarriage is a big blow to Susan. The most capatable and rationalhousewife is Lynette Scavo. Most wants to be loved, small smart housewife is Gabrielle Solis. The most flirtatioussexy housewife is Edie Britt. All of others give us a realimageof life in society. This show is fantastic!

The same went for The Defenders, which took an additional shot in the arm after it moved time slots.
Despite its strong creative auspices (it’s from the talented Matt Tarses of Worst Week), Mad Love never caught on with viewers.
What shows will replace them? Well, we already know CBS ordered Person of Interest, a new drama from J.J. Abrams and Bryan Burk that centers on an ex-CIA agent, presumed dead, who teams up with a mysterious billionaire to prevent violent crimes in NYC. It stars Michael Emerson and James Caviezel. The network also gave a thumbs up to Two Broke Girls, which is from Michael Patrick King and Whitney Cummings, and follows two broke 22-year old gals in Brooklyn. It’s a multi-camera laugher that features Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs.
CBS will announce its fall lineup on Wednesday in New York.

Greek tv series  mainly centers students of the fictional Cyprus-Rhodes University (CRU), located in Ohio, who participate in the school's Greek system. The show's plots often happen within the confines of the fictional fraternities, Kappa Tau Gamma and Omega Chi Delta, or the fictional sorority, Zeta Beta Zeta. If you get offended even at jokes about things that aren't-so-great about Greek life, then you'll spend the entire first episode, and probably many other, cringing and yelling. Rusty is a likable lead character, his roommate is HILARIOUS and the entire cast is entertaining in their own rights. It focuses on individual situations as well as interpersonal relations with the organizations. It is obviously a dramatization, not a documentary in any way of Greek life, or college life for that matter. Don't doubt this show, it is truly enjoyable to watch... Treme renewed for season 3 by HBO

HBO has decided to pick up David Simon and Eric Overmyer’s acclaimed drama series Treme dvd for a third season, sources say.
The pickup comes as a bit of a surprise — the show has averaged only about 1 million viewers during its premiere runs on Sunday night (freshman fantasy series Game of Thrones is doing about 2.4 million).
While HBO is all about having high-quality exclusive content, and Treme is very much on brand for the network.

Chuck Bartowski is turning out to be the luckiest spy in television history.
Sources confirm to TVLine that Chuck has cheated death once again and will return for a fifth season this fall.
NBC declined to comment, but I hear the Peacock is nearing a deal with producer Warner Bros. to bring the show back for at least 13 episodes.
Another NBC bubble show, Parenthood, is also nearing an official season 3 pickup — and this would likely be for a full 22 episodes.
I think chuck is very hidious. Looking forward to watching the next season.

Colin Hanks has landed a role most actors would kill for.
Sources confirm to TVLine exclusively that the Good Guys star Mad Men alum is joining the cast of Dexter for a major Season 6 arc.
Like with most of the Showtime’s drama’s past guest stars (e.g. John Lithgow, Jimmy Smits), the specifics of Hanks’ role are being kept under insanely tight wraps. (His character description is not believed to be among the trio of new recurring roles producers released breakdowns for earlier this month.)
If Hanks turns out to be an adversary of Dex’s, it’s unlikely he’ll fit the mold of past baddies such as Trinity and the Ice Truck Killer, given what Showtime president David Nevins recently told TVLine about the show’s coming season. “It is not [about] one big bad,” he told us. “There’s one interesting story that will move through the season, and it will be cast very interestingly, but it’s not exactly that one person.”

 Like the original version, Hawaii Five-0 follows an elite state police unit/task force set up to fight crime in the state of Hawaii. It premiered on Monday, September 20, 2010, 42 years to the date from the premiere of the original show, September 20, 1968.Alex O'Loughlin and Scott Caan are perfect in the show. Its fast paced, funny, has plenty of crash, bang. All of these people have "issues" related to the complexities and problems of modern life: long distance moves, job stress, living away from family members, political problems. It's witty, clever and makes you think about the crime they are trying to solve without becoming a headache. It certainly a show that deserves a look-in. Even if you don't like the characters or the story lines, it's worth watching just to see beautiful Hawaii and the wonderful sun. This is a fantastic cop show! Hawaii Five-0 dvd season 1 will be on shelf soon on our shop. Just pay more attention to it.

Now that Michael Scott has left Dunder Mifflin and Deangelo Vickers is ruling the roost, NBC’s The Office ratings took a tumble Thursday night.
Will Ferrell continued his guest-star stint on The Office(6.8 million viewers, 3.5 preliminary adults 18-49 rating), with the adult demo falling 17 percent after spiking last week for Steve Carell’s final episode.
Despite the declining lead-in, NBC’s Parks and Recreation (5.1 million, 2.6) was up 13 percent and the season finale of 30 Rock (4.2 million, 2.1) rose 11 percent.
Fox won the night with American Idol (20.8 million, 6.1) hiking 7 percent and Bones (11.1 million, 3.3) jumping a robust 18 percent, trouncing a series low CSI (10.5 million, 2.2).
CBS also had Big Bang Theory (10.3 million, 3.1) and Rules of Engagement (7.7 million, 2.2), both down slightly, followed by a steady The Mentalist (13.6 million, 2.6).
NBC’s comedy block also included the paintball episode of Community (3.5 million, 1.4) with guest star Josh Holloway and Anthony Michael Hall flat with last week. Plus, Outsourced (3.1 million, 1.5) was down 12 percent.
ABC aired Wipeout (4.8 million, 1.4), down a steep 26 percent to a series low, and a roughly on par Grey’s Anatomy (9.9 million, 3.5) and Private Practice (6.9 million, 2.3)

Blue Bloods Review:nice cop show!!

Blue Bloods is a crime drama series on CBS following the Reagan family of police officers with the New York City Police Department.
It is really stands out as a gritty and quite realistic police drama. The show comes up with an interesting concept,showing us the interaction of these four family members while investigating crimes and how they often clash in their believes and principles. Donnie Wahlberg's character Danny is probably the most interesting one of the bunch. The plot line is intriguing and the basis of the show is just plain entertaining. This show is worth it's time slot. The show really does deserve a chance, and I do hope it gains more viewers. If you are looking for a new show to watch, I highly recommend Blue Bloods.Great great cop show.

In next season’s “Politically Inept, With Homer Simpson,” the famous rocker/hunter plays himself — as a Republican candidate for president who seeks Homer’s endorsement. (Homer, as it turns out, has become a populist TV pundit with his show “Gut Check with Homer Simpson.”) This marks the Motor City Madman’s first appearance on the animated Fox comedy, though he was briefly heard on the phone in season 19’s “I Don’t Wanna Know Why The Caged Bird Sings.”

This is not a spinoff Situation per se, but Jersey Shore‘s Mike Sorrentino is sticking around MTV a little bit longer.
Proving that he’s more than just a reality star (?), the former Dancing With the Stars stud (?) has signed a series development deal with the network that made him famous, TVLine confirms.
“I’m excited to continue my relationship with MTV, which has been home for me for the last couple of years,” Sorrentino said in a statement to Variety, which first reported the news. “I’m really grateful for all the support from my fans. Hopefully, there will be plenty more situations in the future.”
Sorrentino is not currently attached to a specific project, but a pilot episode of whatever the Jersey standout has in mind is expected to shoot later this year.
The Situation isn’t alone in his alterna-Shore endeavors: Last month, MTV announced spinoffs for BFFs Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jenni “JWoww” Farley, and Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio, respectively. Both of those shows launch in 2012.
